My professional career started at real estate start-up JAAP.NL. An true rebel in a very traditional real estate market. I was the first employee and helped grow the company from start to scale-up. By the time I left JAAP.NL was profitable and we changed the market for good.
During my 6 years on agency side I advised established brands on how to best spend their marketing budgets. Clients like Bavaria, Interpolis, Staatsloterij, SNS Bank, HEMA, Efteling and XS4ALL were part of my portfolio. The assignments varied from media advice, creative concepts to full positioning strategies.
I switched to Vandebron, a mission driven company by heart and I experienced first hand what a mission does for your results and moral. For 8 years I’ve led the marketing teams and was part of the senior leadership team.
Nowadays I offer myself as fractional CMO to advise and help implement mission driven marketing strategies. Brands can truly thrive if their company values align with their mission and these are effectively translated into internal & external communication. With a commitment of only 6 to 12 hours a week I offer top tier marketing expertise, without having to invest in full-time costs.
